Chris and Jennifer have lived in Oreland for twenty-five years. They especially enjoy the milder weather and better football after moving from New England. Along with their five children, they have been members of OMC since 2016. They are thankful for the vibrant “Live Jesus” faith environment at OMC that has been such a gift of support as well as an opportunity to meet others looking to grow in faith together.

Facilitators: Spencer Penn & Tecla Borick Zoom Group Group Size: 10 (FULL) Spencer Penn grew up locally in the suburbs but has mostly lived in Philadelphia for the past four decades. Wherever he had to move for schooling or to complete his goals, he always managed to find a welcoming Catholic faith community near where he lived. He has been in Chestnut Hill for 10 years. He works as a physician and has found new tools to help minister to the sick with the help of OMC. Tecla Borick and her husband, Karl, raised their two children in Wyndmoor and were active members of Seven Dolors and then St. Genevieve Parish. After downsizing to an apartment in Chestnut Hill, they began attending OMC. Tecla has enjoyed being a member of a Reach More group for several years and looks forward to co-facilitate this zoom group. |

John grew up in Blue Bell in a large and loud Italian American family and attended mass at Epiphany of Lord Parish in Plymouth Meeting. He moved to Chestnut Hill in 2005 and met his wife Annie in the apartment building above Baker Street Bakery. They have been members of OMC since those early days. John is an avid Eagles, Sixers and Phillies fan and he and Annie both love music. Annie and John currently live in Oreland with their cat, Luey and very much look forward to opening their home to fellow OMC parishioners for the Reach More program.
