OMC PEE WEE Sports
Our Mother of Consolation Parish runs a very popular and successful Pee-Wee CYO program for all OMC parishioners in Grades Pre-K3 (3-years old) through 4th grade (9-10 years old). The Pee-Wee program is structured as co-ed intramural play, broken down into individual grades, with 2-3 coaches per group. OMC Pee-Wee CYO offers soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter and track & field in the spring.
Both soccer and basketball are currently played at The Crefeld School (Crefeld St, just off Chestnut Hill Avenue) and track & field is held at LaSalle High School, Jenkintown Middle School, and other nearby locations.
Our Pee-Wee program usually fills up for each sport! It is a tremendous way for our young parishioners to be introduced to the important building blocks of CYO’s life lessons -- teamwork, sportsmanship, and hard work -- at a young age. It is also a great opportunity for parishioners to get to know each other.
