Valerie Downing is a mother and grandmother. She received her MA in Holistic Spirituality from Chestnut Hill College. She served in parish Ministry and as a spiritual director for 20 years. Now living at The Hill at Whitemarsh, she enjoys listening for God’s love in everyone.

Margaret Matt Butler is a lector at OMC. She lives in Mt. Airy with her husband, George. She is an artist and enjoys painting and graphic design. She creates several paintings that have religious themes. These paintings take on a life of their own.

Sheila is a native of upstate NY and moved to Philadelphia 23 years ago. She met her husband, Mike, shortly there after while working at Temple University. They have lived in Chestnut Hill for the past 15 years with their twin teenage boys, William and Johnathan. They have been parishioners 2020, previously members of Holy Cross in Mount Airy.
