Youth Ministry Monthly Update- October 18, 2021
Changes for Teen Ministry for the year:
Volunteers needed!- Thank you to the adults who have already signed up for our teen events in the coming months. I really appreciate the two volunteers who assisted with our October First Friday event. You can sign up for a shift for the next few months here. I will continue to be at every event as well.
Arrival and Dismissal - We will continue to have teens sign in and out upon arrival/dismissal. Please pick up your teen in the OMC parking lot. Let me know via flocknote, a note, or email if your teen is going home with someone else or walking home. Unless we hear from a parent we are assuming each teen is being picked up my an immediate family member.

Recaps First Friday Adoration- On October 1st we had our first social event since school began. Our night included Eucharistic Adoration, Evening prayer, Taco Dinner, impromptu service (Packing leftovers for Caring for Friends), minute to win it challenge, a sharing of the Gospel message, and ending the evening with a rosary. The seniors won the evening with a narrow score of 6-4. High School Small Groups- Both of the small groups have started to meet. The girls group is focusing on Christian Sisterhood. |
