Mr. William Brennan
Mr. Brennan has taught eighth grade at OMC for over 30 years. He earned his BA from LaSalle University. Mr. Brennan was the first teacher at OMC to establish a homework website.
Sister Theresa Cargan, SSJ
Sister Theresa is our Librarian. Sister is a long-time teacher with her Bachelors degree from Chestnut Hill College and her Master's from the University of Dayton. Through Sister Theresa, the children learn to be comfortable and skilled in the library environment. In addition, her encouragement helps stimulate reading interest in students.
Mr. Don Conaway
Donald J. Conaway, Jr. is a 1998 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School
and a 2002 Graduate of Neumann College with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Sports Management and Business Administration. While at Neumann College
he was a member of the Pennsylvania Athletic
Mrs.Mary Chris Sehn
Mrs. Mary Chris Sehn is a graduate of Temple University. She has been a life-long athlete starting as a youngster then through high school and college as a basketball standout. In addition to raising her own four children, Mrs. Sehn has found time to coach for many years and has organized local sports programs for children. Her enthusiasm for physical activity is infectious.
Mrs.Melissa Nash
Technology Mrs. Melissa Nash is a graduate of the University of Florida. She has obtained Master's degrees in Architecture from the University of Florida and Princeton University. Mrs. Nash has taught on all levels from elementary school to college and infuses our Technology curriculum with an appealing mathematical flavor.
Mrs. Lisa Feeley Mrs. Feeley teaches third grade. She earned her BA from Chestnut Hill College. Mrs. Feeley has extensive education in dance, theatre and the arts.
Ms.Nancy Rowbottom Ms. Nancy Rowbottom is a graduate of Arcadia University with a Masters of Education degree. Ms. Rowbottom is a caring, certified teacher having served as a teaching assistant and substitute at Norwood Fontbonne Academy and later as a 5th and 6th grade teacher of Integrated Language Arts and Social Studies at Saint Bridget’s Parish School.
Mrs. Emily Lannons Mrs. Emily Lannon obtained her B.S in Early Childhood Education from Chestnut Hill College and her Master’s degree as Reading Specialist from St. Joseph’s University. Ms. Hankins taught Second Grade at our school for six years and now brings her enthusiasm and excitement to our Pre schoolers.
Ms. Nancy Weir Mrs. Nancy Weir is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She has also acquired teaching certification and a Master’s of Science in Elementary Education from Chestnut Hill College. Mrs. Weir brings with her a passion for developing reading skills in children.
Mr. Richard Leonard Mr. Richard Leonard is a graduate of La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He has been a distinguished teacher of Integrated Language Arts for the past twenty years to 7th and 8th graders. Mr Leonard taught at St. John the Baptist Parish School before joining our staff.
Mrs. Melissa Logan Mrs. Logan teaches fourth grade. She earned her BS from Temple University.
Maryanne Tobin
Ms. Tobin brought a wealth of expertise and experience with her to Our Mother of Consolation in 2004. She has taught the primary grades for thirty years in several Archdiocesan elementary schools, has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from St. Joseph’s University and a M.Ed. in early childhood education from Chestnut Hill College.
Ms. Christine Gallagher
Ms. Christine Gallagher is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She brings a dynamic enthusiasm to our faculty and children. Ms. Gallagher is a certified teacher in both Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education.
Ms. Ginger Mimmo
Ms. Ginger Mimmo is a graduate of The Moore College of Art. Ms.Mimmo has conducted classes for high school students at Moore as well as for students with learning disabilities. She has taught all grades at the elementary level. She is eager to share her knowledge of Art history, develop student creativity and spread her passion for all things related to the Fine Arts.
Mrs. Madeline Ortiz-Leonard
Mrs. Madeline Ortiz-Leonard provides Spanish Lessons for our students. Mrs. Ortiz-Leonard is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Education. She holds certification in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Ortis-Leonard has taught Spanish at the Philadelphia School in Center City. She is the wife of our 7th grade teacher Mr. Richard Leonard and together the Leonards are certainly a dynamic duo.
Ms. Anna Eltgroth
Ms. Anna Eltgroth provides music instruction to our students. Ms. Eltgroth holds a BA in Music from Eastern University and is presently enrolled in a Master’s program there for Multicultural Education and Music. Her primary instrument is cello but she also plays piano, French horn and organ. Anna has served as the Music Director at the Temple University Newman Center where she was cantor, cellist and coordinator of liturgical services. Most recently Anna worked for City Year in Philadelphia where she worked with inner city youth implementing a multicultural Arts program. Ms. Eltgroth has a passion for engaging her students in all that is musical.

Mrs. Lasek runs the school office. She received her BA from Chestnut Hill
College. Prior to joining the OMC staff, Mrs. Lasek was a teachers aide
in the OMC Pre-School and was actively involved in the Home & School Association. |
